Anna Garcia is Director of Client Account and Marketing Content at the Sixth House and has more than 14 years of public relations experience in client management, media, community relations, issues management, and consumer brand building. Her vast knowledge and understanding of the Hispanic Consumer Market (HCM) has made her an expert in this area yielding positive results for her clients. In her new role, she works closely with the agency founders to develop strategic creative marketing campaigns and is responsible for managing clients’ day-to-day business and work traffic flow.
Prior to joining the Sixth House, Garcia supervised the McDonald’s national public relations account for the Hispanic Consumer Market. She was responsible for the strategic planning, development, execution and media relations efforts for the corporation’s communications and marketing departments. In addition, she’s credited with developing one of the brand’s major education initiatives, which provided early college awareness and access to in-language information for Latino parents and students throughout the country along with leading the sports, music and product support efforts. Under her strategic leadership, the brand received several industry awards and recognition from national public relations organizations.
She was also the Senior Account Executive at Euro RSCG Worldwide where she managed day-to-day account activities consisting of strategic planning, development, media relations and execution for clients that included the American Cancer Society, Heineken, SPLENDA, Marshalls, Lactaid, Lifescan and Operation Homefront among others.
